Euphrat Museum of Art
The Euphrat Museum of Art, located inside the Visual & Performing Center building at De Anza College, presents one-of-a-kind exhibitions, classes and events reflecting the richly diverse heritage of our area. More than a museum, the Euphrat creates an experiential environment for visual ideas and communication, stimulating creativity and an interest in art, for audiences of all ages. Veterans Memorial
Cupertino Veterans Memorial located in Memorial Park honors all veterans and active duty military. Many Cupertino citizens have stopped by the memorial since the initial dedication in 2007 to remember all those who have served and made sacrifices so that we can enjoy our freedoms every day. There is a very moving Veterans Day Ceremony every year on November 11th starting at 11 am. The two soldiers represented are Cupertino’s own Matthew Axelson, and James Suh, two Navy SEAL’s who died in 2005 fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan during Operation Red Wing.
